Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Gift cards can be used on all products in our store.
Our gift cards have a 12 month expiry date so can be used at any time within this time frame. They can also be added on your phone to apple wallet so if you see us doing an equipment stand at an event or competition, they will work here when making a purchase.

Sabers normally take around 2 weeks to get through production before they are dispatched but this can increase during busy periods.
When your item is dispatched, it normally takes 2-3 days for delivery in the UK and 5-7 days for delivery outside the UK, depending on you delivery location.
Please note any additional customisation to your saber such as weathering and etching will increase the lead time on your order. This can be up to 2 weeks per job.
The majority of accessories, parts and toys are dispatched within a few days after placing your order if ordered alone and without a saber.
Sound Fonts and digital files can be sent immediately after purchase.
