Bad experience in delivery

I haven't tried the product yet, so I can't write about how it works, but I had a bad experience receiving it and that's why I'm writing it here.

I received an email from the shipping company indicating the day and time slot I was going to receive the order. That day and time slot was great for me because I was going to be at home.

It turns out that the sword was a gift (like everything you receive at this time) and I had the bad luck of receiving it the day before the agreed date with the bad luck of not being at home and the person who picked up the order was the person I'm going to give it to, who was at home at the time. This is a big problem because you sent the box without covering it in any way, that is, it comes in the original box with the photo of the sword on two sides and all the shipping stickers stuck on the original box. I think this is a mistake because it is very obvious (because of the shape) but also the person I am going to give it to saw perfectly what it was because the box has the photo… in other words, very bad luck on the part of the delivery person and also on your part. You should cover the orders with an external cardboard box or at least wrap it in a bag. It also comes full of stickers that it was very difficult to remove and I have not been able to remove them completely so as not to deliver the gift in such a bad way and for my little daughters to see that it is an order from the internet…
It really is not a bad experience because of the product itself, but I am very disappointed because there is no surprise factor on Christmas Eve…
