Warranty

We offer a free one year warranty on all of our sabers from the day it is deliverd - additional warranty is available when purchasing the sabers for a maximum of up to three years.

Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the duration of the warranty period.

We will repair the saber, at no cost for materials or labour, using brand new or refurbished parts if claiming on your warranty . There is no limit on the amount of times you can claim on your warranty during the period.

Your warranty will be voided if the saber is taken apart by yourself or a third party without getting prior permission from us.

Your saber is not covered under warranty if it is damaged due to negligence, if there is any custom modification, theft or loss.

Please note that a maximum voltage of 5V1A charging head should be used with the charging cable provided. Anything more than this can damage the boards and is not covered under your warranty.

Due to the nature of combat, blades are not covered under the normal one year warranty, these have a 30 day warranty on them. The full hilt and interior (electronics) are all covered under the normal warranty.

If claiming on your warranty, you need to notify us in writing (email) and return your saber to us including your name and order number with the saber.

Postage costs are at the buyers expense, unless the saber is damaged upon receiving it in which case it is covered under our regular returns policy.
