We offer safe and reliable shipping on all of our items sent.

All items are processed, packed and dispatched as soon as possible. Sabers are built, assembled and tested, and this is usually within 2 weeks but may take longer depending on the size and nature of the order. During our busy periods the production time may increase if we have a high volume of orders to fulfil so please do allow extra time if placing an order.

When your item is dispatched it normally takes 2-3 days for delivery in the UK and 5-7 days for delivery outside the UK, depending on you delivery location.

Any additional customisation to your saber such as weathering and etching will increase the lead time on your order. This can be up to 2 weeks per job.

The majority of accessories, parts and toys are dispatched within a few days after placing your order if ordered alone and without a saber.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct the first time around as re-posting items may be charged an additional fee.

For orders outside the UK we are unable to take responsibility for any international imports taxes or customs charges - this is set by your national government and is charged upon receiving goods in to your country. We do not collect tax on EU orders - international tax rate is set at 0% / GB tax rate is 20% (all included in prices on website).

If your order is returned to us due to a refused delivery or non payment of customs taxes and duties then we will provide credit on account minus our original shipping costs, the return shipping costs and packaging fees, which will be deducted from your credit when the parcel is returned to us. Alternatively we can resend the order out again but would require the shipping to be covered at your own cost.

UK orders do not have any customs fees at all.

Please note that it could take a total of up to 3-4 weeks for sabers to reach you with additional time for customisation.
